About Alfonso Labora

My main area of work specifically is the Metropolitan Zone of the State of Querétaro, Mexico. My topics are Territory and Modular Habitability: Assets, technology and spaces in modular construction. Profession: systems engineering and postgraduate degree from Ipade business school. Married. Mexican. I belong to different leadership groups within eXp (wolf, commercial, international) and other developer groups. I am a real estate agent and investment promoter in real estate projects in the Metropolitan Zone of Querétaro (Querétaro Capital, Corregidora, El Marquéz and Huimilpan) and Polanco in Mexico City with the development of own and third-party properties in a more general manner. I worked 12 years in American software and hardware manufacturing companies for mainframes, and another 12 years in corporate banking at BBVA. I have experience as an independent professional with my own real estate company. I enjoy participating in collaborative competition schemes. I manage my own commercial and residential properties. I have participated in the senior living and coliving business. My focus is Patrimonial Real Estate, design and construction of spaces with modular and isolated structural technology (SIPS).
